This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to complete the Downtown Park Phase 1 as set out in Appendix 2. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.
