This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from professional firms interested in the provision of building of a Rescue Unit. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.
The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from qualified fire apparatus manufacturers with a demonstrated history of producing high-quality vehicles for the fire service sector. This procurement is for the replacement of an aging Rescue Unit within the Fire Department fleet. The Township is seeking a reliable, high-performance, and durable unit, with a strong emphasis on fiscal responsibility and long-term value.
