This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from experienced and qualified firms to complete a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA), Detailed Design, contract administration and site representation for the replacement and upgrade of an existing Sewage Pumping Station (SPS). The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible. The Project must be completed in accordance with all applicable legislation, standards, and guidelines.
