This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from experienced and qualified firms to conduct a series of Municipal Class Environmental Assessments to support the development of full municipal water and wastewater servicing for the Township’s North Monaghan ward, including the Fraserville settlement area. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.
