This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from professional firms interested in the provision of consulting services for the development of a Corporate and Community Data Analysis and Monitoring Program . The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.

The Township of Cavan Monaghan (Township) is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant to review the energy consumption throughout the Municipality including municipally owned facilities as well as community wide energy consumption as provided by energy use reports via Hydro One and Enbridge Gas. The successful candidate will then analyze such data and develop a report identifying, by sector, energy consumption trends with comparisons to industry wide norms. The candidate shall review, consider and integrate recommendations for consumption reduction into the existing CCAP and Energy Demand Management Plan. The candidate shall then develop an energy monitoring and reporting tool for Municipal staff to utilize moving forward.
