This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide engineering design and consulting services including construction administration and inspections for Millbrook’s new water storage facility and water distribution network expansion. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a reissuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible.
